Norfolk Naval Operations Base NOB: (Contracted through Noah Enterprises) Admirals Row including: West Virginia House, Virginia house, Georgia House, Connecticut house, Missouri House Rhode Island House, the Chocolate house, quarters K (300 units) Admirals row, Emergency response and repairs on historical properties at Naval Operations Base (NOB) Norfolk.

Nationwide CDC (Child Development Centers) Projects (Contracted by Atlantic Marine Construction AMC) New Construction Installation of Metal roof trusses and the installation of exposed fastener (MBCI) metal roof system. Ongoing projects from Puerto Rico to Seattle Washington. Multiple buildings ranging from 10, 000 sq/ft. to 23,000 sq/ft. Approximate contract amount in excess of $2,000,000

Clara Byrd Baker Elementary School Williamsburg VA. (Contracted by OKJ Construction): Removal of existing tapered roof system and the installation of .75 mil Gen Flex EPDM. Mechanically Fastened Approximately 46,000 sq/ft. Straight A award recipient for the installation of this first 0.75 mil. Project from Gen Flex manufacturing $350,000

Boys and Girls Club, Yorktown Virginia (Contracted by Henderson Construction): New Construction installation of approximately 30,000 sq/ft. of mechanically fastened tapered poly ISO insulation with 0.60 TPO membrane with 24 gauge Kynar steel copings and flashings. Approximate contract amount $230,000

Hefner VA Hospital Salisbury NC (Contracted by Turner Strategic Technologies) Removal of existing cold Tar Pitch built up roof system and the installation of approximately 90,000 sq/ft of GAF 4 ply built up roofing system.  $ 450,000

Towne Center One, Newport News VA (Contracted by Ritchie Curbow Construction) New Construction of roof system on this City Center 5 story office building. Installation of approximately 16,000 sq/ft. Versico Mechanically fastened 0.60 mil TPO $122,000
